Alyia Vasquez

Alyia is a freshman in Columbia College planning to major in biochemistry on a pre-med track. She is fascinated by current research efforts utilizing stem cells to cure auto-immune disorders, especially with progress towards Type 1 Diabetes. In her free time, Alyia loves to draw, read, swim, and play violin. Her favorite way to make art is through realistic and detailed colored pencil drawings.
